FAQ
Answers to frequently asked client questions
How is partner compensation calculated?
The partner receives 10% of all paid invoices issued to their referred clients. Commissions are calculated only from actually paid invoices, not issued ones.
When are commissions paid out?
Payments are made once per month, only for invoices paid in the previous period.
How long is the partner link valid?
The partner link cookie is valid for 60 days from the last click. If the client signs a contract during this period — they are automatically assigned to you.
Can an existing client use the partnership when opening a new company?
Yes. If an existing client establishes a new legal entity and enters into a new contract through the partnership link or in coordination with administration — the new company can be assigned to the partnership program.
Why is partner verification performed?
Verification is required to confirm identity, ensure payment security, and verify bank account ownership. Commissions are paid only to fully verified partners.
Why do individuals need to make a 1 EUR transfer?
This is the simplest way to confirm that the specified bank account actually belongs to you. This protects against incorrect or fraudulent payment details.
How are payments made to legal entities?
For legal entities, commissions are paid only based on submitted invoices.
