Choose a unique company name that fits your business.
Our specialists will prepare all the required incorporation documents, including the articles of association, the deed of incorporation and others.
The minimum share capital for an LLC (UAB) is EUR 2,500. It can be paid in cash or as a contribution in kind.
An LLC (UAB) must have a registered address in Lithuania. We provide a registered address in Vilnius and can also register the company at an address in a district if specific EU-funded projects require it.
You can sign the incorporation documents with an electronic signature or in person at our office.
Our specialists will submit all the required documents to the Centre of Registers and take care of the company’s registration.
Once the company is incorporated, it must be registered with the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI) and the State Social Insurance Fund Board (SODRA).
